Customer Guarantee & Return policy:
If you are not satisfied with any of our items you may do one of the following:
- Return for refund.
- Return for a replacement.
- Return for a credit.
You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item(s) via email at email@example.com or (386) 313-1604 immediately. Item must be returned to us to receive said refund credit or replacement. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable if proof is apparent that the product was received or unless the product has not been sent yet. All products are sent using Stamps.com and each has a tracking number. This policy is strictly enforced. You must also report any shortages or mistakes in the order to Goddess Divine Jewelry within three days receipt of order. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip.
A "Cancellation" occurs when the Customer or Supplier voids an order for a withdrawal of funds from a Customer's Card account or bank account before a sale is sent for deposit. Goddess Divine Jewelry will not collect a deposit from the Customer and the previously authorized funds will be released at the Card issuing bank's discretion. After a sale is sent for deposit, any attempt to reimburse the cost of a Product to a Customer constitutes a Refund and shall be dealt with as set forth below. You may contact us regarding your purchase from Goddess Divine Jewelry within THREE days of delivery for a full refund.
A return occurs when a Customer returns Products previously purchased from 2CO ("Return"). Goddess Divine Jewelry will not reduce the amount of a Refund by the assessment of a "restocking fee" or any other charge (including shipping charges) for any Return that occurs in accordance with Goddess Divine Jewelry's Return Policy.
A refund is the actual reimbursement of the cost of a Product to a Customer ("Refund"). Goddess Divine Jewelry accomplishes the Refund by reversing the amount previously charged to the Customer's Card or account at the Card issuing bank and the appropriate amount is credited to the appropriate Card or account at the Card issuing bank of Customer.
When you return an item, please be sure to package it carefully and properly, if possible in the same box with same packing materials it came with and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip and sent postage paid. We will not accept items sent postage due. Due to manufacturing changes or improvements, packaging of products may vary from those pictured or described on our website. If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your order, within THREE days of placing order, you may cancel and receive a refund.
Bounced Checks & Insufficient Funds Policy:
In the event of a dispute, including claim of non-receipt or charge-back, we may provide personal information and details of transactions to any individual or organization we deem appropriate to help resolve, prevent further abuse or bring prosecution for fraud or other charges. Collections from chargeback's will result in a $35.00 additional collection fee in addition to the original purchase price payable by money order or cashiers check only. In the event the chargeback is not resolved in a timely manner we may turn the matter over to law enforcement agencies or other collection agencies and may result in additional fees due including but not limited to attorneys fees and court costs.
